Kevin “Franklin Mieuli” Draper was born in Oakland, Calif., and has faint memories of listening to Charles Barkley beat down the Warriors in the 1994 playoffs. Of course, by the time the Warriors made the playoffs again in 2007, he was attending college in Minnesota and unable to attend in person. If they make the playoffs this season, he promises that he will fly home from Washington, DC, where he now works as a health policy researcher, to witness the glory in person.
